Rola-Trac™ Features

Rola-Trac provides excellent turf protection. The panels have aeration slots that allow moisture and air to pass through the surface. This minimizes overheating and helps keep turf healthy for a long time.

The U-shaped rain channels, while providing drainage on the top surface, create a much larger bearing surface on the bottom. This keeps the panels from cutting into the turf under heavy loads. This design is ingenious because it also adds a lot more strength than a traditional straight wall rib.

Rola-Trac is extremely fast to install and requires no skills. The product is deployed in sheets - simply lay them next to one another and walk along the seam. No big, awkward rolls to load,
unload and handle over and over. And most importanly, no trying to match small joints along a
long line of tabs - tugging back and forth over and over until it is finally lined up. While this
process frustrates, Rola-Trac is flying down quickly and easily.

Safety
Rola-Trac is designed to be safe and attractive. Safety is provided by a rigid surface that covers earth that is not nearly so kind. The molded-in rain channels drain moisture from the surface, while the multi-directional tread pattern provides slip resistance. If you are cooking or feeding, Rola-Trac is much more sanitary. (Most area regualations require flooring in concession and feeding areas.)

An installed Rola-Trac Floor is an aesthetic delight both indoors and out. We hear many comments about how "cool" the floor looks. If you prefer a carpeted event, you can install right onto the Rola-Trac surface. Rola-Trac is also available in several attractive colors. We can even color match if that is what you want!
